I have been very delighted with the service provided by VMDb from day one. With all the hard work to keep customers happy, VMDb may potentially be a successful business. I first ordered several CDs from the collection. The product quality was good, and I decided to get the "September Special Offer" which was very appealing on the ad, but I still had some unanswered questions. So I tried to contact VMDb by email, and I was impressed by the detailed and informative responses. I sent my external hard drive to VMDb along with my special requests in regards to package handling, and I was completely happy with the service. Overall, VMDb service is dependable. I am and will be comfortable to do business with VMDb.
